Wednesday’s SELF-CARE & Serenity Zoom Workshop will connect you to a safe community as you discover self-care and stress relieving practices.

Self-care is NOT selfish… it is healthy living.

Free and open to the public, these weekly drop-in sessions are intended to support anyone interested in developing and sustaining a regular self-care & mindfulness practices. This opportunity is for anyone including the curious who are seeking to learn new practices to increase their sense of serenity and self-worth. Each session includes self-care & mindfulness meditation practice as well as discussions on self-worth related themes.
